Twelve years ago, I started my fitness journey knowing nothing. The first couple years consisted of trial and error, set back after set back, and feeling lost. I was confused and frustrated at my lack of progress. At least until I invested in my knowledge by becoming a certified personal trainer. I was finally able to apply everything I learned to get the results I wanted to see in the mirror. For the past 7 years, I’ve been passing along that information to clear up BS in the fitness industry and help others achieve their fitness goals (with their hard work, of course!).
